UPDATE 8: @Smoke 12/29/22 - Ok, I took the site down for 24hrs and our little test didn't yield any process. The fact that attachments and downloads have yet to either start or barely started. And Galleries and images are at 60%. That said, YES it is moving but at a painstakingly slow rate. Just these 24hrs, galleries went from 58% to 60%. We are looking at other options. Regardless, there is no easy way to go about it. IPS gave us the run down - that how it is. We have to WAIT! Never the less, we are looking at information in which 'can' help us boost the speed. BUT, we have to fully understand 'what' and 'if' it is possible under our current situation.
Considering that we are constantly being spammed and our time is being wasted by individuals who can't notice and read a basic announcement. I have disabled downloads. DO NOT dare upload anything in the basic forum. My patience and so has the KE staff run out. Give it if you are helpful or not, a old users or not. The process/fix IS being handled as I explained. The more that people are constantly throwing a tantrum the longer it takes. Talk about something else on the forum. Create a discussion. Talk about your models, etc.
UPDATE 7: @Smoke Ok folks. Its December 24. Download is still down and we are aware. We are transferring the data. Again, we are step away from fixing it but this is a difficult step. Its the holiday season and well, we all have a life outside of here. So please, be aware some people are AFK for a couple days. That said, I have commented that we think we found a solution to speeding up the process but we can't cancel the transfer. That has to be done by our host. Now a couple things could have happened 1) They haven't replied to our request because they are busy or no one is available to take our call. 2) They did reply but did not fulfill our request. Regardless, for the 1 millionth time; we are fixing it and our only option is to wait.
UPDATE 6: @Smoke Ok, its December 14. We been having site issue for a month. With that said, we are certain we are step close to fixing this issue. Please read update 5 for more information. In short, HDiddy started the process. Please note that it isn't a simple flick of the switch here. Data is being transferred and we aren't talking about 100MB here. The process is currently running in the background and as the forum is still up, its going 'slow'. We talked about take the site offline for some hrs to a whole day to speed up the process. Also note: We are all human here. We have a life outside of this forum, so some (if not all) are busier than others - especially during this holiday season.
As for a estimate date for a fix. I don't want to create a false date here. If I say 24 hr and its still not complete, people will panic. Again - I'm sure we are close to the end our problem. If all goes well, hopefully by the end of this week.

UPDATE 4: @HDiddy Ok Donations are back open and I think IPS support have fixed all of the critical site issues. Downloads is still down, sorry folks...Once we reach our donation target we will push the upgrade and start moving downloads to its new location.
UPDATE 3: @Smoke Ok - for the most part, the site is back to normal function BUT DOWNLOADS are still down/not working correctly. Please click on the link that was provided in update 2 by Hdiddy in order to learn more about how we are planning to fix this issue.
To clarify of the problem: Files/data is still there but for some reason that bridge/connection between storage and site is bugging out. If you wish to share content, consider uploading to a 3rd party site (mega, etc) or wait until a fix. If you wish to download stuff, most stuff will give out a error Page/message - those that used mega,etc to share content, you'll be able to download. PLEASE DO NOT Reup content from active users. Wait for a fix or PM user for said file(s). Otherwise you will subjected to being penalized.

As many of you guys are aware, we were offline for a few days. This was in due part to updating the site and many apps and plug-ins became unstable, some of them proved to be "fatal" as it kept the site offline. We for the most part removed the outdated apps and plugin. BUT we are still encountering different issues, We are fixing these issue so please be patient 
Also note for the DL section: Please do not upload anything until we fix the issue with the downloads - Its down plain and simple. Avoid spamming/bumping the upload because it will not work, avoid uploading and deleting thinking this will some how fix it (this will look bad on your part). When we fix it - It will be announced. In the mean time, continue interacting with the regular forum and/or in the media section (galleries/videos/images/etc).

Hey Folks we are aware of the Downloads issue and we are working on it. As one issue got fixed it seems an update broke another. So for my sanity sake, please stop messaging me about it or put support message in so all the admins can see it. Cheers!!
