I use FaceGen for the face texture, use Gimp to refine the texture and then i sculpt the face with the customizer sliders until i think i'm close to the original.

Yep, that's what  I thought- you are an artist then! Ha ha! OR a wizard!

yeah she is on my list to of models i would like to rework too... but i have currently so much projects i want to finish and so little time
