I think this can be achieved most easily with the skin system. Alternatively with h5free u can get some h5 cum textures and place them urself on the skin u are using (u have to also modify the normal and spec maps adding the cum normal and specs if u want it to look convincing).

The cum textures by Melissa could work if u scale and resize them to fit what u imagine.

Also i advise u to look into FleshBishop displacement cum textures if u have h5extended 

All these cum textures can be made less milky by increasing the alpha in the diffuse so they look more like saliva or lower the alpha (add more white) and have them more creamy.

And the most noob way to do it would be with the cumspray tool ingame with Melissas h5 cumtextures, but thats inaccurate and u have to spray and clean multiple times before u get semi decent results. and it will not be the same every time. i made this caption with the method last described

You could try my Fix For Fugly Female Orgasm but for mouth wetness you'll have to jump through hoops, or have an invisible male squirt over her lips with very transparent cum textures.  There are really no "mods" capable of accomplishing this, just tricks.
