It looks like the game is not reading the base textures - they could be missing or corrupt for some reason.

In your game folder Archives\2.158.001\Images\Q=Tex032M\Luder\Room\BedroomH check for the following files:

material_fabric01,  material_fabric04,  material_fabric05.

If they are not present - or even if they are, add those in the attachment below, overwriting if asked.   

Try this and see if it corrects your room.
