The game will automatically take an icon 'snapshot' as you exit the Customiser - BUT it can only update the existing one as long as it not write protected.

If your icon is not changing, check it's properties and ensure 'read only' is not selected.

The icon image will be found in the model's folder.

On that point, the default camera shot is horrendous - it look like almost fish-eye in how distorted a face looks. If you do get a model you like, I like using the same 'read only' trick to take a nicer screenshot and save it to the model. Recommend H5 and 'zooming in' to minimize perspective distortion, as photographers would do for portraits.

Non-trivial effort of course
