no SL but very similar nevertheless: 

  • texture 0102 is kind of close and
  • theres also textures by Hdiddy and Kraegar

High Waist Yoga Pants. If you see any similarity between this addon and your link, yep, it may be coincidental or not, judge for yourself 😛 You don't need skin layers, these leggings have a perfect tight fit. Not to mention the fact that you will find other textures for them, like above or, of course, Kraegar's.
