Using multiple morph toys in the same pose

Heyas,

Due to recent events I stumbled across the problem that multiple morphable toys inside of the same pose would use the same morph slider (like in the SAME slider on the SAME person), no matter what person they are attached to.

@sadekhnd showed me the solution to make those toys interchangeable for different sliders:

You need to find, in the addons folder of that toy addon, and then under scripts (also check sub folders), a file named AC...NameOfTheToy.bs.

Open it in Notepad++ or similar and replace "person2" with"person1" or any person you want the slider to be connected with.

After that the selected person's toy morph slider will control the toy morph.

With this method you could theoretically have 4 different morphable toys in the same pose (Foursome Pose), all well controlled by different sliders.

Just keep track of the changes you made for what toy, as it will affect all previous poses with that toy, when loaded up again.

It still is a good short term solution for sequencer / videos and can easily be reverted back to standards.

Ideally its better to leave it under person2 due to the scripts starting/ending in person2. And it can get messy because say you alter toy1 on person3, that toy is linked to that slot.

This is were you start seeing certain limits going beyond what was not thought of.

I am very sure there are clear limits. But as a short term solution it works quite well. Especially if you really NEED two or more morphable toys in the same pose. This is really for pose editing / sequencer ONLY. Do not use it in any other areas of the game.

I had the problem here (Beta Video, problem not visible here, as the fix was already applied, but the blood splatter would already have drips halfway down the mirror, due to the muzzle flash slider from the revolver): The muzzle flash slider would also control the blood dripping from the splatter (a morph, just like the muzzle flash). Not good, not practical. I could make it work by replacing above specifics. After I shoot the scene, I can simply revert it back. Not a biggy.

Otherwise... without above fix, if I wanted the blood to drip in that pose, you would also have a muzzle flash on the gun, because hey, they are both on the same slider. Would look stupid, if she shot herself in the foot, just because I want blood drips.

I think it is a very valid solution, as long as you revert it, when it's not needed anymore.

But if one of you has a placeholder / variable solution to actually make the slider work with the person the toy is actually attached to, I am all ears. Until then: This works for me and has caused no adverse effects up to this point. I mean, this game supports 4 characters and 4 attached toys, but they can only be morphed by person 2 and all on the same slider? Wait, what? In a foursome scene with 4 attached morphable toys, that is utter chaos. There are "simple" cigarette toys out there with morph smoke. I would like them to be independent from all the other items I use. And if I want to use 4 of them in the same pose with independent morph sliders, so be it. I just turn them into 4 different toys (which I did. One morph cig for each possible character with appropriate naming _P1, _P2, etc.) with different persons attached to them in their .bs files, and immediately I have 4 morph smoke cigarettes in the same pose, if need be.
What works for clothes, cannot be too wrong for toys. Except with clothes the game actually differentiates who it is attached to.

Sorry for the weird display. I had some music in the Background and ofc it was flagged as copyright claims 😄

And pay attention to the blood splatter, when I move slider 1, cause it has drops coming down, just hardly visible in the video.

No fix (person1 sliders control nothing, person2 sliders control both person 1 and 2 toys):

With fix (person1 sliders control person1 toy, while person2 sliders control person2 toy):
