I don't know If this goes for addon Or texture !!

hi, don't know what exactly you're after but oily / wet effect can be achieved with any skin, it's a matter of increasing wetness (reflection, green channel in specularity file)

- for H5 skin find spec file and increase green channel where you like the oily effect

- for h5$ SL there's a slider in the GUI 'wetness'
