If no one has one premade for you, my suggestion is If your PC can fuck with Hook5 to use the custom skin system to add your own tattoos. That way you can tweak the location of the tattoo on the fly, as adding tattoos to skin in Photoshop or GIMP can take multiple refreshes to get it right.
