How to swap the genitals of one body mod from another body mod?

If the bodies are of the same type, like both female or both male, and the the bodies have the same topology (same number of vertices) then the task can be achieved by using blender shapekeys (Join as shape) then you can isolate the genitals area only using a vertex group.

you can also try this tool, its rudimentary and doesn't work with all bodymods, but u might be lucky and it might be compatible with the bodies u are trying to mix
