Question about getting Skin Texture To Work With Hook 5.

So basically I recently downloaded a large pack of skin here on klubexile. But i can not get Hook 5 function to work with the skin. I compare the the structure of the skin texture file with another skin texture file that Hook 5 function is working properly with, and they are essentially structured identical, with all the stages following the same pathway and structure in the .txt files. Yet one skin Hook 5 function does work with, while the other does not. I'm attaching 3 photos. Each photo shows the Skin Mod Folder and what it is working like in game.

Photo 1, is a Skin Texture mod from a the newly downloaded bundle. It does not work properly with Hook 5.

Photo 2, is a Skin Texture mod that is working properly with Hook 5.

Photo 3, is me manually renaming and redoing the pathways .txt file of the none working Skin Mod folder to see if it works. It does not work.

I'm missing something here. Does anyone know why the skin mod in photo 2 is not working? Any suggestion of what I'm doing wrong will be helpful thanks.

NVM FIgured it out. THe pack did not label 2x/4x/1x Skin. I adjusted it with 4x mods and it works fine.
