Flickering textures?

Check the UV maps. probable they will be bad and overlaying. Also check and remove doubles in mesh - cleanup

This is a mere retexture. I didn't make the room, and I know nothing about meshing and all of that stuff. I'm just gonna make the texture transparent and put an H5M floor over it. Should work in theory.

Maybe you could give the names of these rooms (R9 tags will suffice for me), we'll take a look at them 🙂 Similarly, a problem with the lights in H5 may also look somewhat like that, spotlights or omnis may argue with each other (well, the shadows they cast, to be precise). If you have a lot of them, try disabling them one by one to see if the problem goes away at some point 🙂

Or you can do as you said, a clever solution, actually 👍

That's really strange I just started a fresh set of activemod textures for it and I don't get the flicker at all.

Although you can't really tell in a picture but no flickering. Not sure why it's happening to you.
