For the image it was colored in photoshop,
if you want something like that you probably have to edit haircut image/texture  file itself.

Yeah, that seems like the sensible choice to do. Editing the textures doesn't seem like a bad idea, but the problem is that all my current hair addons are, well, the average stuff! Is there a way to extract the textures from the hair addons?
