actually there are a lot of meanings but "chichí" is like to say baby or a little kid in another hand tidies it could be "chiches" in plural and singular "chiche"  but at the same same here to say something easy as abc here can say "esta chiche" jaja this is so hilarious to explain xD

It also can mean "dog" If my research helped in any way, but the gag demanded the usage of this word!

That's the beauty of Spanish language. There are many many ways to say the same thing. I'm a native Spanish speaker, and I have never heard "chiche" or "chiches". But I might be because I'm Mexican, and live in the second (or third, depending on who you ask) largest city. 

So Yunuen is Guatemalan, but in Guatemala and all over Central America they have also the vestiges of Nahuatl among their linguistic heritage, so I think it's credible Yunuen thinks in the word "chichi(s)". And for the sake of the pun, there was no better way, I believe

yunuen has an imense pride on her deep native origins, her mother being K'iche'. This pride is tattoed all over her body! She also is fluent in K'iche' and proficient in Nahuatl, maybe this become inprinted in her mind when she learned Japanese!
