Sora could create allot of possibilities.. not for the game but It's crazy how fast it is progressing.
1024x768 upscaled to 3840x2160 through lossless upscale bought through steam. You can also use Magpie for free , not as many features though.
Here you go. I downloaded it but never really used it. I still use the Operating tool. You can try it and see if it works for you?
I just double checked. I'm able to run fine in pose edit mode also.

Sorry didn't work for you. Curiosity got me to check my upload. I downloaded and installed it. It worked fine for me. It is just like a bigger version of the Pool room. I took a screenshot for you.

Here is the complete version I have. It is from a back up. I used the ping optimizer tool and compressed the ping files. Active mod went from 137Mb down to 58Mb. I didn't change the texture resolution. You might want to try cleaning out your cache,Try the clean system in option tool. lately when Install something new I run it and have less problems. Just a thought.

App that takes any application running in a window, makes it fullscreen, and applies different upscale algorithms . I have tried both of these and they work pretty good. If you don't have the best system these might be able to help. I prefer Lossless upscale, but you have to buy it through steam. It is usually $5 but it's on sale for $2.99 for the next two days. Lossless has more options . Magpie is free. These programs can even be used to upscale video playback. For the game you set the game to a window mode and a resolution (example 800x600) and let the program upscale example (1360x1024).

I use a radeon 6600 and seem to get a nice boost in detail using Ls1 plus It solved a problem I had running the game in full screen mode and trying to get back to desktop to check other programs. You can just use the hot keys to unscale the game.
If you are talking about the default breast slider changing the clothes to conform with size and shape of the breast. Try using a body with extra morphs from HDiddy or DP16. You can change the size and shape of the breast with out the clothes changing size using the Morphs.
Looks like Metal Corey's Thicc body for the first picture . Not sure about second picture, could be dangerous body mod. Just my guess..

If you are looking just for the textures you can download the Absurdus H5 Hair texture packs from that link. Unzip them and put them into your Mod/ActiveMod folder. If you are looking just for that one R9Hair052 texture. I uploaded it from the Absurdus hair pack. See attachment.. Just unzip folder and place contents in your Mod/ActiveMod folder. Good Luck.

Pick the top Absurdus H5 texture download. Note it is a big download about a 1 gig.
The Absurdus hair textures are the one you want. You download them unzip and put them into the Mod / Activemod folder. That will give your hairs a more realistic look.

Was able to find some conversion tools. Converted it H5m and obj so people can use it with other 3d programs. Got it to show , but needs to be scaled and some more work done. Here are converted files if any one needs a Barn. Thanks Pg13 wherever you are...

7.5 users can use soft/relative paths.
Rename the LevDef you need to "_level_definition.txt".
Think I might try and convert it to H5m. If I get a little more time I think there is a converter in tools. Don't do much room stuff so hope some more knowledgeable person can take a look.
Found in another backup drive PG13 Old H4 Barn. Has instructions for Vx beta but didn't work for me. Wonder if some one more knowledgeable can take a look to see if it can be converted?

I Have both 7.5 and vx P final. I also notice a difference in models not translating over. I have been using vx more the last 2 months. Not all the clothes fit the same and I had a lot of tweaks in 7.5 that don't translates in VX. I modded some PG 13 maserati bras textures and a few don't look right in vx compared to 7.5. I'm using the same hook 5 in both. Just seems VX your better of some times starting from scratch and rebuild everything over again.

It is Dress 43 I believe. I have a merged file that has 78 of the R9 dresses in it.
You can use a Batch file to rename all the skins easily.
Open Notepad and then copy the text to rename.
