I figured it out just needed a base skin via the in game menu. But i can't get the skins to load right in the hook menu. Every time load a skin in the hook gui menu it looks dark and ugly. Can  any one help me with this problem.

So Put The files ''Skin Male, Female, and Layer'' in my _hook5data folder in activemod folder.  I don't see them in the gui menu ? Im ready to pull my danm hair out. HOOK 5 Skin System User Guide is just confusing.  can anyone help me ?

Well its good thing I asked. I don't know how to use tkshell tool anyway. There was no gudie on how to use it so.

Some one  was kind of enough to give me this tool. And i was wondering if it was safe to upload because  I don't won't to get into trouble cause it can make t** files . it's really helpful for beginners  like me to encode-decode certain files. Is Yay or Nay.

OK so I'm following NcProductions tutorial for add-on's compatibility. Its saying .bs files but all I see is .bs* files. where do I get the .bs 

Edit: I Put decode bs. in option manger but its still a bs* file what am i doing wrong ?
