VX Sequencer SoundFX Utility Redux

Wow. This works really well so far. Previously impossible for the average user to do and was a nuisance even for an experienced modder. Now anyone can add sound FX to the game.
For my game I created the folder "f:\TheKlub17\VX Sequencer SoundFX Utility\" then just copied the contents of the utility and its folders to there. The setup routine automagically found my "Sets" folder in "f:\TheKlub17\VX Sequencer SoundFX Utility\" instead of looking around "C:\Documents" like other Windows utils always annoyingly do. Just so intuitive.
I didn't expect the ability to hide default sound FX but it's there. Nice. All this adds great functionality to sequences. A must-have for all that make sequences..
