No one asked, but following @state808 example, everything in this image it's ingame. The dark wall was made with water and 0 refraction, to make this effect of oily darkness.
Kurobōzu (黒坊主, Kurobōzu) is a yokai from the folklore in the Meiji era. He looks like a black monk, but blurry to the human eye. Kurobouzu would come into a woman's room when she is asleep and sucks her breath or licking her mouth.
