Just unzip and add the folder !Custom.Cloth.Army Helmet AM to your Addons.
Activemod textures will need to be named Army_Helmet_01.png.

for quite some time i use a 4x skin that I modified a lot (too much), but I can’t find the original. I'm sure it comes from KE
it is recognized by the beauty mark. It was shared with Hoo5 files

by looking for why my Hotpants textures disappeared, i solved my blindfolds problem.
Base room ' fetish Club' must be active (checked on Option Manager)
The same goes for other base outfit, like F_Angel001_Bra & F_Angel001_Hotpants who needs DREAM ROOM for working (for example)
Maybe, if someone know all dependences Base Texture/Room, it would be nice to repertory them

i would try some textures for blindfolds, but i don't have any blindfold on eyewear , or in any other category.
normally, this is included in the Base Game, but i don't find it
i use VX, i 'll check on option manager, but i don't see anything
