Someone can tell me why is this happening? Such a problem arises when changing clothes, when you press alt + r everything is fine. However, in the case of sequences, it is quite weak. What am I doing wrong?

How to equalize volume in ogg files so that there are no differences? The manual setup is very uneven, especially if there are over 300 files. Is there any software for that? I wanted to upload the package to the download section but I would have to work on it first (Sorry for my english )
