    I found out that the issue was caused by my antivirus after the last update!

    Decode the .pes file with Blex/UBC, and then it becomes .dpes file, which you can edit in notepad++.  Then, you encode the file back to .pes with the same tool.

    Just disable (untick) "physics collision markers" in TK17 Options Manager.  It worked for me.
