    loki1968 I found the Universal Replacers in my disabled addons folder because I remember they didn't work, so basically I had no addon support for dynamic hairs.
    Driver - thank you for supplying the 179 Addon file and the PhysXHair addon as well....these solved most of my hair problems, yet some hairs remained rotated.  Realized I had no addon support for 010 Hairworks or 268 Hairworks and managed to locate those as well.  Et voila:

    With the 179, PhysX all in one, 010, and 268 Addon files, no more rotation or displacement of the hair. Success!
    Some hairs (about 10) are still locked/disabled and look like this:

    Not sure where exactly these locked hairstyles are located or which script will add them, but this is no great loss, as I just added almost 100 new beautiful hair styles to my TK17 build.
    The dynamic hairs are absolutely stunning and are an amazing in game enhancement, albeit resource intensive with dynamic hair on multiple models in Hook5 environments.
    Thank you so much KE for your help, I am consistently bowled over by the generosity of this community.
    Below are the additional addon files that got rid of the 90 degree rotations:
