Hi in fact in vX is still a 32 bits programs so it also use this kind of patch, it 's not the same but just in case you can verify by starting TK17 Options Manager when your game is not running then verify in the Options tab that enable 4 Gb executable mode is actived.
Hi, if I understand correctly, you speak of the fact when you move a pose in sequencer the new coordinate and the rotations are saved and will be used when the sequence is played? Also when right click on this pose on the timeline you have 2 new choices that allows to copy these move to an another pose? If it's the case I use that feature with the update p of the game (so the update just before v1.01p Klub Exile Edition) and it worked fine. But you have to make the position change by pressing the dot key, not alt + arrows directly, etc directly and maybe position the cursor at the begining of the pose on the timeline.
When you older version it's a recent update of vX (like m or p, etc) or TK17 v7.5?
If you have time try to test what I said (with dot key, etc) because I'm sure it work with the previous update but I didn't test with v1.01p Klub Exile Edition so maybe there is a regression there. Since I'm also on v1.01p Klub Exile Edition I will test when I can to see if it's work or not.
Hi, after many tests I finally make some interresting progress. Let's start with the good news: you can use sequencer with the last update installed, a relatively heavy hook5 room (this one) some poses with 4 persons, one of the character using XBody and make persons swap during the sequence with a good fluidity and mainly no delay when you modify the sequence (adding camera change, change pose in the timeline, etc.
The bad news is what can cause the major slowdown seems to be relatively randoms, in my cases it was some outfits: when I stopped using them the slowdown were gone and I get a fluid experience again. Also note that when I say I stop using them it was not just in the sequence: I go in the customizer and put other clothes on my models and configure these as default clothes set for these models.
Finally, I think it's possible to detect what cause this slowdown, but I have to do some others tests by myself and other people can test on their own installation. When I use the outfits that cause the slowdown, the game always freeze (sometimes just one or 2 seconds, sometimes 10 or 15 seconds) when these outfits are loaded: by example in the customiser when I load a classic outfit, it appear and I can move the camera directly, if keep stile is not activated the model make some move, etc. With a "saboteur" outfit I cannot move the camera and the model is completly frozen for a few second, until Hook5 finish its business and the game became usable again. You also the same thing but worse (freeze during more time, or the screen can go completly black) in pose editor or free mode every time you switch to another pose. I think a good practice if you to use sequencer is to be attentive to these behavior when select clothes and also try the most to use the same models, rooms when you make poses for your sequence so you may be able to see these slowdown before starting using the sequencer.
I'll try to continue my sequence and maybe create a blog page with my new observations.
Again, many thanks to everybody who react and give me idea to tests and find some solutions.
