    It means that the file "options.func.lua" from the "Binaries" folder (in which the options are stored) got somewhat broken. Reinstall the game if you intend to use Options Manager or copy "options.func.lua" from the freshly installed game into yours.

    I've managed to fix this issue by adding 4x mod enabler and switching the skin type to 4x, then reloading the game (reloading the room by Alt+R didn't work)
