Yeah it's kinda unintended result, that veins are a h5 skin layer though hook5 tends to lose control of the layers when you ran out of graphic memory, and unless you release it by changing skin in customizer, at least that's it in my environment. When I found the veins are too visible and tried to reduce the intensity, it happened.

This screen cap was taken in 9:16 ratio and I uploaded as it was, didn't expect the image being shown like this, little too big for pc display (but ok for smart phone).

Not in-game filter, unfortunately. It's called Cartoon selfie, refer to this topic for details.

This picture was heavily modified by passing through a cartoon filter, then I edited it again in photoshop to make it look more decent. One thing disappointed me is, the filter couldn't recognize the hands in a good way.

I was lucky when I finished this model and the scene at the same time and when I just captured that moment I knew the next contest comes. I got the glasses from a friend, the other friend gave me the scars and lashes. I'd like to thank those 2 persons who I won't give credit.
