Vic has a bit of a personnel problem at his record label, Cash Money Productions. He keeps hiring new and promising assistants, only to have them become distracted and erratic or quit suddenly. After confronting his cousin Vernon (aka rapper Buck Fitty), Vic learns that Buck has been the mysterious source of Vic's employment woes.
