Greeting and happy new years fellow KE users. As many have noticed, we been having sites issues. To generalize, a IPS update was done in November 2022 - but it was a "important" update as it would transition the service to a new format. Many plugins and apps was knocked out and some of those would create a site instability and we would have to wait days for someone from IPS to do a system reset. This 'issue' happened more than once and time was wasted sorting through this. Eventually, another IPS update was done and this would knock downloads out. We've determine that there was a couple of methods to handle this. But 1 method would require commitment, knowledge, and it was expensive (something that we as admins CANNOT do). So we opted to upgrade the service, which - yes, requires a little more money. We reached that goal and we are currently in the progress of transferring data.
BUT the transfer has not gone as smooth as we thought. The only data left are attachments and Downloads and its a extremely slow progress. We've been looking into different ways to speed it up and they haven't yielded any results. We are still looking for ways but for now, its best to wait it out - have patience.
This issue has triggered people, impatience users are demanding 'results' (downloads), wild accusations, newbies spamming the sites, etc. Nothing is being hidden. All has been presented here:

For content creators: If any creators feels the needs to upload to a 3rd share site (mega, zippy, etc), they can do it, that options has ALWAYS been there. But please note: Not all content creators may want to do so as it requires them to create account and/or extra steps to do so. Me personally, I have faith on this site and will wait it out, site is not pearl or anything like that - many users like me have invested time, effort and money into. This problem was just unexpected but is being fixed. Also note: Re-posting stuff from other creators can result into unwanted/unneeded punishments.
For Newbie/new members: We know, that currently getting started may be 'hard' as most of the downloads are down. Never the less, the game is available through a mega share. That said, patience, the downloads will be back up.
