Is it me or have you stepped up your Hook5 skins?

Not at all. This is actually @Oz70NYC's Curves Black Young Fit skin. I don't remember what I was using before, but I'm sure it was a 1X skin. Still don't have a proper computer to load good H5 skins, and I still need to become familiar with how to find and place layers on it.

My Curves Sets are H5 standard, and all 1x. The Skin Layer versions (Which are included in HDiddy's Skin Layer pack) are 2x. Never really saw the need for 4x skins.

We need more skins like that, for real. 4x are way too taxing and while the Skin Layer version provides many customization options, the issue is with baking. It is also quite taxing, and if I have a character with one of those, I cannot use 4 characters when I need to.

Yea. That's the only downside to skin layers...but it's a BIG one. You pretty much have to create a new skin layer for each model, whereas with standard H5 skins you can use the same skin on different ones and just shade them differently. That's why I came up with the CurvesWhite and CurvesAfrican sets in the 1st place. Working on a similar universal system for skin layers, but naturally it's taking a bit longer. The goal is pretty much a 1 shot set-up folder that would go directly into your _hook5data folder containing EVERY file I use for my models. All normals, specs, sub surface textures and genetics (Eyebrows, hairlines, skin details like birthmarks and scars, etc) so that when you download one of my models and you have the skindef system active there is ZERO guesswork a user. They don't have to move or extract anything. They just drop the skin folder into their activemod and everything works out of the box. Of course assets not made by me such as eyes (of which I will always use Kraegar's) and tattoos would need to be downloaded separately and installed in their proper directories. Like I said, it's a work in progress...but the goal is to make using skin layers as easy as using standard H5 skins.

That would be fucking cool, really. My issue, as I've said before, is that H5 skins don't bake properly, and there doesn't seem to be anyone with the knowledge on how to solve that. Oh well. But it does sound pretty promising! Hopefully it will work out! For what it's worth, that is one of the things that make models look more unique!
