  1. @drmls This plugin doesn't use CollaTKane to export from Blender. You have to look for a tutorial on how to use CollaTKane for that. This plugin directly loads the game files into blender, given that you have specified the game folder in the Config Tab of the plugin. The exported files can be found in the game folder too. You can look at the exported files by clicking on the Open destination/WIP folder button in the Export Tab. For CollaTKane you have to arrange your scene files in a certain way and export them as Collada file (.dae)

  2. @madrabbit Well, it's not directly compatible with Blender 2.93. I don't know exactly why, but there have been significant changes to Blender when they switched form 2.79b to 2.8x and above. They also changed to a newer version of Phyton. I think someone with Blender scripting knowledge could be able to port the plugins to 2.93. The last version you can use is Blender 2.79b. But you can use a newer version of Blender to edit the meshes by first importing the Addon or object in Blender 2.79b and then use 2.93 to load or append that file. You can export Blender 2.93 files in a different format like fbx and load that in Blender 2.79b, or you can append the files directly from the .blend file in 2.79b. But I haven't found the time to test that yet.

  3. @k13rve13 If you want to export something with the plugin it usually works out of the box. You don't need to use the old plugin or older versions of Blender. The exported file can be found under the your-drive-letter:\VX-installation-folder\Archives\2.158.001_wip if you installed the plugin correctly. It may be that you will have to use Blex and t** tools to re-encode the file to a t** archive but if you use VX you don't need to do that.

The 2.67b Blender import/export plugin doesn't have all the fixes than this one, and it doesn't import morphs other than the standard ones. But it should be O.K. as I have this on my Computer as well. If you do anything in Blender 2.79b you wil have to save your .blend file with the legacy checkbox checked to open the file in an older version of Blender like 2.67b.

  4. Hi, You have to install Blender 2.79b first and then put the plugin into the addons folder of Blender.

Don't use a different version of Blender other than 2.79b because plugins are specific to the Blender Version they have been adjusted for.

I mean by vanilla installation that you should have a portable installation of VX without any mods. You can, of course, also use your modded installation, but I wouldn't recommend that.

The Archive folders of VX have to be unpacked so that the plugin can find the ingame assets.

Once in Blender you have to activate the Plugin in the Import/Export plugins dialogue under the Preferences menu.

DP16 made the adjustments to the plugin and he only finished importing morphs as shape keys so if you want to export the shape keys you will have to use KollaTKane.

I hope that information is helpful.
