Hi, If you use the Hook5 skin system you could create some pock marks with the displacement feature, rosacea, and other imperfections with the available freckles and moles create a more realistic complexion with by layering the textures.

I don't know if you sorted this out for yourself.
However, I remember the old orgasm controller mod could cause this if you accidently hit the "cum keys." I believe it is : v,b,n,m. in VX This would happen from time to time for me, if I accidently hit the wrong key while pasting animation keys or slipping off the "<" key. I set all my models to mute since my dumb fingers slip sometimes.

If I understand you, you have Hook 5 Basic (The free version), and you're trying to use an update that requires a key?
Your update is probably for the Paid version of the game, as a free version shouldn't necessitate at key.
Subscribe to Hook 5 on patreon if you want an updated version. It provides a lot of QoL features, a better UI experience, and you'll gain access to some physx hairs for your models.
