I'm trying to make a few realistic models, and couldn't find anything with my initial searches for preexisting acne face textures. I'm not looking for something extreme, but a light skin coverage.

Anyone got any pointers?

Hi, If you use the Hook5 skin system you could create some pock marks with the displacement feature, rosacea, and other imperfections with the available freckles and moles create a more realistic complexion with by layering the textures.

Can't help with acne, but if you want a mild case of eczema...
