    Is there really no way to fix this? I mean, so many people have this kind of problem.

    I noticed that by setting the value in the pass.txt files of the skin (when using hook5) tessellation_level = 1 to tessellation_level = 0 the weird graphical glitch is gone. Now if anyone has a better solution without disabling tessellation, that would be appreciated.

    When I download a model and convert the textures so I can use it with hook5, sometimes there is a tattoo even though it says it is turned off. All you have to do is select the off option and the tattoo disappears. At least it worked for me. Deleting the tattoo and makeup files from the model folder won't help, as I assume they're already backed in the character save file, which you can only modify and save again in-game.
