You should probably create poses specific for your favourite room. PoseEdit lets you define pose location in a room. For example, you need a pose of your character sitting in a precise position on a chair in a room. Take any sitting pose you already have and edit it to suit your needs, save - e.g. LoftSit_001 - and then use it freely in this room. But remember that most locations defined in PoseEdit while in a custom room, except poses binded to floor location, chair or sofa, are room specific and won't load in another room because it doesn't have it or because they are tagged different in the assets code.
