I am trying to get past the beginner level of animated pose creation.  I am working on realism and better kinematics.

I found the following ebook that helped me to learn how to create the animated pose below.  Does anybody have any torrent links or other for ebooks/vids to help me learn.? Or, if you have suggestions for how I can improve beyond my latest pose, much appreciated. The real pose is not as jerky as the GIF btw.
