Greetings to all fans of the game!

Please tell me:

What parameters should be changed first to speed up the game and prevent frequent crashes?
The game works extremely slowly, scenes load for a long time, pass change, menus are called, etc.

The Active Mode folder contains 110 GB, 5000 folders, 50 thousand files.
The Addon folder contains 6 GB, 1200 folders, 11 thousand files.
Intel Core i5-4660 hardware processor, 3.2 GHz, 32 GB of RAM.
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card with 4 GB of RAM.
Kingston SDHC 600 solid-state drive with a capacity of 512 GB.
I play in 720 HD resolution.
Codename VX 4x mod + full version hook 5 + Reshader.

I'm asking the experts to help.
Please do not give advice to throw away the computer and buy a new modern one. It is planned, but at the moment it is not relevant.
What can be cut out in the program, with maximum preservation of content, so that it is more convenient to play?
