Find a specific 4x skin

for quite some time i use a 4x skin that I modified a lot (too much), but I can’t find the original. I'm sure it comes from KE

it is recognized by the beauty mark. It was shared with Hoo5 files

if someone recognizes it ..

I can't download the file ( problem with mega's big files), but i don't think the skin i search is inside
