Hook5 folder model

Hello evrybady a questioni: when i download a model sometime there are there files: 1 model save 2 addon 3 A.Mod...i would likes know 2 things:   

 First: i Need extract unzip file that i have put in addon folder ?

Second: where Copy hook 5 data? Because of i Copy in Active mod folder sometime It Is yet present.

to 1.  In my opinion it is better to unzip the file.

to 2. _hook5data also goes to "ActiveMod".

Another question please..sometimes when i download a female model After unzip there are the folder name xxxx and also some file similar content placed out of folder tanks and good evening
