Is there any poses or emotions that let's characters stick out their tongues?

It's pretty simple to modify any pose to stick out a tongue... see tongue and face keys. I don't think there are emotions which do that.

No emotes do that.  As Syke says it's pretty simple to do in the pose itself.  If you want cum to be rendered on it, In Options Manager you need "RK-lick-clean.dll" checked.  From what I recall, you can render cum on the tongue if you don't stick it out too far.  A slider in PE Tongue keys lick-clean controls the rate at which it's removed.  It also allows the tongue to lick cum from the body or retain it.  Experiment because it's complicated.
