Awesome model bro, can I ask about the outfit? they look really great and make her gorgeous, are they able for the Xbody V2?

For only pulling 15fps you're getting some great screenshots.

I thought I'd uploaded the wrong zip file, looking at your images. I'd made another version of the room over in earth tones even with a daytime skyline like in your images rather than the nighttime concrete look I eventually uploaded.

Thanks! These are tuned for F7 body, which is what I use as a Xbody baseline. If you like this type of outfit you have a ton of options available converted by the great @vi363R

I did a little optimizing later and got it to float around 40fps, which is more than enough for screens  Great work on this room, very inspiring!

I'd like to eventually get it to have a toggle for day/night, bedside window shutters up/down, audio ambience, etc. Got some work ahead of me, but I stopped messing with it for a long time after a creative block. I'll take another crack at it, so much potential for a grungy cyberpunk atmosphere, or conversely a futuristic clean dwelling. Cheers!

Where can i find the Cyberpunk jacket? I've been looking and I know it was around but I guess my search criteria are off....

try cheat engine to get a bit more fps. It has a feature "Enable SpeedHack" that can slow down the game thus allowing the hardware to render more frames. Instead of chopping frame rate, you get smooth but slow. (How to use: click the flashing green button "Select Process", select Tk, enable "Enable SpeedHack", set value to 0.6, apply.)

Thanks, I get decent fps now after some optimization tweaks. Might be good info for others needing a boost. Cheers!

Euphie was working on it, it looks like it was planned as a slightly more skimpy version  :

She never actually finished it, ran into some serious problems, I've heard  Perhaps one of these days it will reappear somewhere here
