I'd make them bigger before I ever made them smaller...but they're pretty much at the limit I can "enhance" them without them clipping through EVERYTHING. They're LITERALLY bigger than her head LOL.

Ahhh yes, I'm starting to have that problem with a new character I'm working on. It's going to be sort of my attempt at something fantasy-esque. Let's see how it turns out.
