What does it mean?

It's a phrase originally coined back in medieval Europe on maps to note regions that have never been explored. On the old maps, rather than name said region, it would be described with the latin phrase "Hic Sunt Dracones"...Here Be Dragons.

Ooooooooooooooh I do remember having seen hic sunt Dracones in old maps. It never crossed my mind it had to do with it. Thanks for the answer!
