From my girls, the laziest is Yunuen, the freakiest is Mari, but just because the time Boucher trains knife fighting and shooting, Mari uses that time to train a little more (ok, and to write songs, listen to music and bother her coleagues). But Boucher trains particullary her legs and hips, for her, good legs are vital for shooting and the main weapon on an unarmed fight.

Upper body strength gets all the attention. Leg and core strength get the real work done.

I myself am a bit overweight, but I pride myself of my legs, lol. Long time Tae Kwon Do practicier here.

Shorin-Ryu Karate, Greco Roman Wrestling and of course military CQC for me. I'm in NO WAY near the shape I was in my 20s or 30s, especially with my heart condition. But against your average Joe who has no combat experience I'm mopping the floor with him.
