  1. I have always been very open with my close friends, and they all laugh at the fact that nothing would surprise them about me. They know that I am unapologetic about my likes and dislikes.

    I have tried to recruit ALL of my friends into VX at one time or another, a few have tried, but ultimately gave up and had no interest in the game.

    If my friends choose to distance themselves from me because of my interests, they will no longer be my friend. I accept my friends however they choose to live their lives even if I disagree with them, and I will accept no less from those that proclaim to be my friend.

    But to answer the question, ALL of my friends know that I'm a perv.

    I am not aware of any minimum post requirement in order to download the game itself.

    Other content, yes. But the main game can be downloaded from the Mega link that is a little further down from the download button. Just click the link and it will take you to the Mega download page. You don't need a minimum post count as far as I can remember.

    First, ensure that you have "DirectX" checked in the startup options instead of "OpenGL".

    Then make sure that you have the hook files in your Binaries folder.

    Download Euphie's textures.

    In the ActiveMod textures folder, open "EuphieBoots2.png" in paint.

    Bucket fill the white with black.

    Save it, and Voilà, you now have black boots.

  5. Well, it seems that for the last year, work has been the greatest use of my time.

    But when I have the time I like to work on stuff for VX, and rebuild classic cars.

    My latest (AND LAST) project is a 1967 Pontiac Tempest. It will be a daunting task because I have to replace the frame in it and replace a lot of floor and trunk pan metal.

    It will have a Pontiac 400cid and the original Muncie 4 speed transmission.

    Also thinking about a neon blue paint. What do y'all think?

    It very well may be the death of me, but oh well, it's what I do.

    Here's one that works really well for our game. No editing or modifying the Mod Manager is necessary to get it to work.

    Although JSGME is not specifically designed for VX, it works very well.

    I have used it to install addons that I wish to have the option of removing completely.

     I've included the object file in a .zip if someone wishes to help me figure it out.     TV.zip

    I use spotlights, and change the color, and rotate them away from the screen, to simulate television glow. It doesn't flicker like a real television, but it tricks the eye into believing that the television is emitting light.

    Yes, I have supported perv since his first hooks. To be honest, if it were not for Hook5 I probably wouldn't have continued with this game.

    In my opinion the graphics are what you make them. Although merely installing H5 will deliver immediate improvements to the games graphics, It only gets better the more you experiment and learn how to use it.

    Since using H5, I really cannot live without the objects. I love them.

    As far as content, I'm sure that you will find more content here on KE than you will ever need.

    The important thing to remember is to ask questions, experiment and learn as much as you can.

    You'll find a large part of this demographic don't use Sequencer at all, and the small part that do are a bit lazy when it comes to using sound FX.  Maybe because the default ones don't quite match what they need.  But using sound improves the sequence a hell of a lot.  Those who want to make proper sequences know this and adding new sound FX to the game can be a nightmare or impossible for the non-modder, so your util can be a godsend for many.

    That actually does make sense.

    I may indeed restart my development. I guess if even a few users get some good use out of it, it would be worth the time and effort.

    Now, to find the time. A little at a time always works though. Lol.

    Yeah, I thought it was a good idea, but apparently you and I are the only ones.

    I will not be back home until tomorrow morning, so, when I arrive I will PM a zip with the app in it's current state.

    It is 100% functional and accomplishes the basic task of importing and making available custom sounds into the sequencer.

    I have indeed made progress.

    But to be quite honest, you are the ONLY person that has expressed any interest in the project. I have pretty much determined that there is ZERO interest in this type of mod in the community.

    Spending the time and effort to develop a mod that has zero interest from the community is an exercise in futility.

    I had ambitions to develop it into an app that would allow sequence developers to package their sequences along with their custom FX in an AIO package that the app could install.

    But sadly there doesn't seem to be the slightest interest.

    I would be happy to private message you what I have so far, but unless things change on the interests front, I don't think that a completed app will see the light of day here.
