Can we get people to post their tips or guides on how to make kick ass textures

I think they already have a section for modding guides at the bottom of the forums. Creating textures is still modding, why not post it there?

IMHO MG organization suffered from this type of thing: guide section here, actual guides in discussion forum.

You should find these handy:

Changing textures isn't particularly difficult, but you need a paint program that can handle 32 bit and layers.  A good smattering of talent wouldn't go astray either.  User-made textures generally live in Mod\ActiveMod folder, names of which are:

Female_White_Body.png
Female_White_Feet.png
Female_White_Genital.png
Female_White_Hand.png
Female_White_Head.png

Male_White_Body.png
Male_White_Feet.png
Male_White_Genital.png
Male_White_Hand.png
Male_White_Head.png

Shemale_White_Body.png
Shemale_White_Feet.png
Male_White_Genital.png  <-- Shemale body uses male genital texture
Shemale_White_Hand.png
Shemale_White_Head.png

You select them in Customizer Body tab Skin Base:

If you make a change to any of your textures, you can quickly apply it by using Alt+R to reload it instead of quitting the game.
