Update from 18.12.2018

New update was sent:
- Fix for OpenVR crash
- changed hook gui/VR rendering
- Experimental - scene extracting

OpenVR
I got feedback that OpenVR now works without crashing, so I hope that this question closed now, as I said earlier now I'm unable to test it by myself, do to morons from Oculus who design it service. Also I changed a bit rendering of hook5 gui to try make possible work with it under VR, but again I can't test it by myself, so I can only hope that this will work, it will lokks a bit stretched but should correspond to fake curesor that I render in VR mode.

Scene extractig
This is functionality similar to various Ripper's programs, but should do it in correct way, here is the video:

For now it extract only meshes (no textures) and only if mesh has TRIANGLE_LIST primitive type, most of the villa meshes use TRIANGLE_STRIP primitive type and I need convert indices buffer to proper order. As for textures - I configured graphic resources creation in way to be faster at rendering stage, this made most of resource unaccessable to CPU operations, so I can just save them as it is and I need create similar resources but with other parameters, then copy it, then save it and so on, and so on. If you will find this functionality interesting I will finish it (I hope).
