Looking for 1970's/Vintage room

I was curious if any one has seen any rooms with a 1970's or Vintage aesthetic? I looked through all the rooms on here and did not see any, but I figured there might be one floating around somewhere.

Not sure how 'vintage' you would be looking for, but there is the Silent Hill Fireplace Room (R9Room219):

And if you're talking 1970's 'lived in' vibe, there's always Room400 The Johnsons 

(- you could easily texture out the flatscreen TV):

The Johnson's room looks like what I was looking for, is there by chance a hook 5 version?

The Room is available here, but I doubt there is any Hook for it (I haven't looked at this download):

Also, I'm pretty sure my screen above is a personal retexture - probably a WIP (don't think I hung on to the original to check).

I found this room after I made this post, It is an excellent room and I have been using it quite a lot.
