Anyone has the improved version of R9Hair250? Can you please share or reupload?

It was added on modsgarden by neatmcgee, it had alphablend, a mirrored version and hair strands colors.

I already searched in hair packs, but I only found the old version of R9Hair250 (non-alphablend) which is quite bad by comparison.
