Your request is very subjective. I suggest you look through the model downloads and pick one you like. There are close to 1000 models available to download. There are many realistic models if take the time to search. Some the recent postings by Stan are very good and have a realistic quality to them.

The quality of animations will come down to the poses, Hook 5 settings and the light settings.
