  1. I appreciate everyone helping me with my previous post but now I have another problem that needs to be resolve. I have to rooms that I used in 7.5 and since I moved over to VX these two rooms turned metallic. The walls are shiny and metallic including the objects and I dunno why or how this happened. Anyone ever had this issue before?

Its like invisible sphere boundary that defines the threshold at which mesh is culled.

The ideal bounding sphere is centered in mesh, encompasses all the most extreme points of mesh. The bad sphere is misaligned, not centered, or doesnt encompass all elements of mesh. The bad sphere is also too large sphere, which can cause performance drop because too much is shown at places, when unneeded.

Thanks ill check it out, learning different aspects of this outside of Pose Creating, looking to dip my toe in creating outside of my comfort zone.

If you have models with certain clothes/addons and loaded from the start of a session, culling will happen. You can't really do anything because its a design flaw.

BUTTTT - there is a 'in game' fix/solution, hence on why I prefer PE mode. Simply un-equip then equip them back and boom. No culling. Don't ask, this game is weird.

    Wow, really?

Update: Oh shit, you're right lol.

  4. Sometimes I go through this annoying issue when trying to get different angle shots and recordings for my poses. When my model where heels and if I zoom in close or at a certain angle, the heels would disappear from the model until I zoom out or the pose move from the view in which the camera is facing. Is their a way to adjust the culling or something, this is annoying and even when I take screenshots a body part is mission.

  5. Some aspects of this reminds me of the MUGEN community. The creators of the MUGEN made the Engine free but it was not made open source for the community, no one can go inside of it and edit it or even upgrade it. The creator of the Engine had a habit of updating the engine and disappearing for a long time, I'm not talking about months, I'm talking about years. I joined the Mugen Community in 2007, at the time Mugen had a Windows version because for along time it was only for DOS. I just entered the community so all of the content seemed brand new but the community was stuck with WinMUGEN since I believe 2000. The community and its content creators that create resources like Characters, Stages, Scripts, and other tools for WinMUGEN could only do but so much due to the limitations of the engine. Then randomly the Creator of MUGEN appeared and left the community with a slightly better version of the Engine and disappeared. This also divided the community into two separate camps, those who only want to play and creator content for one version while others want to create for the updated version. The creator disappeared again without a word until around 2009 I believe to release MUGEN 1.0 this was a major upgrade and content was evolving until 2011 is when I left the community. I was a content creator myself, I just got bored of it because their was no growth in terms of new content because yet again the creator left but this time we aren't sure he's ever coming back because its now 2022 and no new update and the last update was 2009. Fighting Games evolved so much since then and the MUGEN engine was made for creators to design their own fighting games and fan games. Community growth is based on whether the creator will develop a new engine or not and since he won't share the source code which is his right but because of it content eventually grow stale and creators end up moving onto other hobbies. Many other people try to create knockoffs or alternatives of MUGEN like IKEMEN and that has a community of its own and it also has a feature that allows player to play online against one another which is something MUGEN doesn't have, that in itself shows how dated it is. Some even tried to find away to crack MUGEN but failed, so I understand both sides of this argument and its not my place to say what Pervok or what KE should do. This just bought back memories from another community I was once part of thats all.

I've lost some stuff before and in some cases it helped me redo it much better.  I've got some 7 years worth of poses, sequences and modded game/stuff that if I ever lost it all I have no idea what I'd do.

I had to make a decision years back when I stumbled across V7.5 and I was using the commercial version, which was some years ahead and 7.5 wouldn't accept any of my saves.  Do I lose everything (except AM folder) in the moddable 7.5 or stay with the crappy, non-moddable commercial version?  Hmm.. :classic_mellow:

But a bit later I read on a forum somewhere that V10 (VX) was being worked on and Beta1 was available.  It easily loaded all my 4 years worth of poses and sequences at the time and I was obviously over the Moon by that.  Last 3 years of extra game modding and poses/sequences I created has made my setup irreplaceable, so I back it up on 2 separate USB drives regularly.

Off-topic note.  One thing you might find in Sequencer is that this camera: seq_camera01.png is often pretty jittery in panning and movement (at least on my old potato), so I always use it for stills.

This Sequencer camera: seq_setpos01.png is smooth for panning and movement, but hard to control as a free camera.  In Sequencer I only use this one for "Look through #?? eyes".

For easily controlled panning and movement I use a spare male model (huge boobs can interfere with POV if you use female etc.) and look through his eyes, that way I can use his POV as a camera and control it perfectly in Pose Edit, where I can set and see exactly where he's looking by moving the head and either checking what he sees by using "Look through my eyes" on him, or by setting his Eye LookAt manipulator to ON.  Just set up all his spline curve upper body, hands and feet to slight curve or sharp zig-zag to stop them flapping around, then shift his entire body around the scene where needed setting his head and hip movements with wavy to appropriate spline curves to smooth the movement around the room.

I stopped using the jittery camera, I just use the white camera now and its not really hard to use. You will have to keep replaying the sequence in order to get the timing to where you need to place the next white camera to move the scene. The only thing that sucks about it, is that it can't move Left or Right in a linear motion which doesn't make any sense to me at all.

I don't use a sequencer. I make a lot of short clips and use it in video editor in progress of making story. You never can make cinematografic video in sequencer.

Use it, if you want to see sex in the game

I still use sequencer, because I still need my camera pans for a more cinematic feel. I record what I need from the sequencer and throw it in my adobe premiere and call it a day.

    Hey folks,

It has come to the attention of the @Administrator team that a specific user is going around requesting use of creater/modder content for their video Patreon.  While folks are free to give permission to anyone to use their content in whatever way they like, please vet the type of content people are using your works for before you say yes.

Upon further research we do believe the requests that have been going out is primarily used for underage, pedo, loli, shota content.  Please see the profiles below:

Again it is your content.  Do as you wish.  But we will be looking at rules to ensure this type of content does not make its way in any shape, form, or fashion into the Klub Exile Community.

Yea he contacted me and I told him no. So I typed his name in the search and see him asking a bunch of questions in multiple threads.

  9. 1. If KE did not exsist, would you guys still be playing this game?

I create animations so I would still be playing it to make movies, but I'm grateful that KE is here to pick up the pieces though.

    2. Can this game survive for a long period without any content and site?

As a whole, no but if you know how to create your own content then you can pretty much do anything you want.

    3. has your KE experience been good?

Good? Man its been awesome! This is the most I've every interacted with people within this community. The site is user friendly and so much easier to navigate because of the many different categories specific to your needs. You don't understand how much of a nightmare it was to get around MG. The fun part for me is waking up and logging into the site to see what new content creator or modder has joined the scene. I've also learned a few new things here as well and once I finally get a hang of this new knowledge then you will definitely start seeing other forms of content from me besides animations.

The forum is really active compared to MG, there were a lot of members there but no one really responded to things you post and thats mostly because there were more leechers than actual members who were invovled with the community. So its good to see more people interacting, sharing regardless if its only pictures or videos.  Its the first step to getting people into creating content, when everyone is welcoming and willing to help others who are curious with how this program works 😎

  10. I'm a organize freak myself when it comes to files on my PC, but luckily I don't really download many others poses mainly because most have height differences or some or interactive poses. Then I have to edit their poses just to fit my models and avoid clipping, it ends up becoming a lot of work and time as if I was creating a pose from scratch. So what I do end up doing is break them down and use their base to create my own version of it. I have hundreds of poses I have yet to released because some will come in bundles or some kind of theme XD

  11. I want to get into creating skin textures of my own to share with the community. I was wondering are there any tutorials on how to create skin textures for models? If not, then how should I go about it? Another question is how can I add something to an existing skin texture? Example you know how some skin textures have panties already meshed onto the skin? I want to create a pantyhose skin texture but I want to learn how to do it by applying it to an existing skin.
