Hey, I consider these male model skin textures (made by Cold Irony) have quite realistic Diffuse Maps, Normal Maps, and Specular Maps as far as the appearance of a penis is concerned according to your requirements. These are the textures I use on almost all of my male models. I hope you find it useful.

Do you know how I can get this working in the customization menu and not on hook?

I didn't understand what you mean by that. Below you see screenshots of the male model texture in Vanilla mode and with Hook5.

I mean when I go into "skin base" in the character customization menu it doesn't show up. I don't know how to use the hook menu.
